True Performance and Neoti join forces

True Performance and Neoti have announced the formation of a strategic global alliance aimed at enhancing their competitive edge and expanding market share in the LED video display sector. Based in Kassel, Germany, the former has been developing display technology since 1992, while Neoti, a dvLED company based in Bluffton, Indiana, has served clients in the LED space for the past 17 years, with a particular focus on mission-critical environments.

Prompted by recent market conditions, the alliance of both companies will see the merging of their technologies to secure a stronger position. It was noted that both parties align on technical quality standards, company core values and a passion to move dvLED forward.

“We have been working diligently for years to advance our LED display technology,” said Yury Romov, CEO of True Performance. “True Performance’s technology has a very different value proposition than any other LED display available and Neoti really understands and values what we bring to the table. We’re excited to partner with them to help broaden our reach to the industry.”

“The global competition is fierce,” added Derek Myers, CEO of Neoti. “We are extremely focused on delivering cutting-edge technology to our partners and it is exciting to see our customers respond so positively to what True Performance brings to the table with their R&D and engineering advantages. From the beginning, we recognised areas where our companies complemented one another and it became a logical step forward to formally align our teams and continue to expand our strengths.”

Both parties also explained that they will place a focus on control alongside technological innovation, citing the importance of the intimate control of components which govern the image quality in higher resolution displays. Their first joint effort is the “world’s first” PANTONE Validated and PANTONE SkinTone Validated direct view LED video display, known as UHD Pro XF+.
