Getting AMPPed with Maverik

Powered by its AMPP platform, the Maverik X software-based switcher/mixer from Grass Valley is capable of running on local, hybrid or cloud compute. Supporting combined uncompressed and compressed inputs and outputs, with full 10-bit UHD HDR workflows, automatic up/down/cross conversion and HDR LUT mapping, the Maverik X can be controlled from customisable HTML5 user interfaces on PC and tablet devices, or from Grass Valley’s modular Maverik switcher panel.

With the ability to scale with production needs, the Maverik X allows users to define the number of inputs/outputs, M/Es, keyers, DVEs and replay wipes for any size of event. Combined with complementary AMPP workloads, the Maverik X can include full multiviewers, audio mixing, graphics and replay, and all can be controllable from a single interface. Like all AMPP microservices, users can opt for flexible PAYG or contract pricing, ensuring you only pay for what you use.
