Brompton Technology bolsters leadership team with dual promotions

Brompton Technology is strengthening its leadership team with the promotion of Joanna Muggeridge to director of marketing and Lotta Schiefer to director of sales. Both roles are said to be essential to driving the company’s global strategy as it advances along its growth trajectory.

Following more than three decades in the entertainment industry, working with global manufacturers such as Barco, Vari*Lite, and Wireless Solutions, Schiefer brought her years of experience to Brompton in early 2023 and will now help expand its sales reach. In her new position as director of sales, Schiefer will closely collaborate with Rob Fowler, director of business development, who is realigning his focus towards engaging key customers, cultivating new markets and steering strategic initiatives.

“The opportunity to lead the sales team for such a strong and trusted brand is a huge honour,” said Schiefer, “and even more so when the team consists of such highly dedicated people, always striving to deliver the best possible outcome for our customers.”

With nearly 30 years’ experience in PR and marketing, Muggeridge has been leading Brompton’s marketing team for several years, contributing significantly to the brand’s growth and expansion into new markets, particularly in-camera visual effects. She will now be leading an expanded team while also becoming a vital part of the company’s leadership.

“I am thrilled to lead Brompton’s growing marketing team as the brand goes from strength to strength,” commented Muggeridge. “When I reflect on what we have achieved over the past five years, it makes me extremely proud to have played a part in that. The team is amazingly dedicated and talented, and I look forward to working with each and every one of them to help position Brompton at the next level as we explore new sectors and introduce new products and features.”
