Powersoft launches new and more user-friendly website

Italian amplifier manufacturer Powersoft has taken the wraps off its new website, which seeks to provide a much more user-friendly experience compared to its predecessor through a cleaner design and simpler navigation structure. The site is also fully responsive, making it compatible and easily navigated via browsers on either desktop or mobile devices. The site will be regularly updated and provides information in English, Italian, Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese.

“Through this easy-to-navigate design, users can learn about Powersoft, including the services offered,” explained Francesco Fanicch, brand, communication and trade marketing manager at Powersoft. “It also details the applications that Powersoft’s products are suitable for, as well as providing support material, product guides, tutorials, application examples and case studies. We hope that this new design will help customers to learn about Powersoft solutions and their relevance to specific applications or market verticals.”

Another aspect of the site is the introduction of MyPowersoft, a portal providing access for registered users to the company’s ArmoníaPlus software and ProManagerPlus configuration tool. “MyPowersoft is not only the simplest way to connect with Powersoft users and partners by providing what’s relevant to them, but it also allows them to gain access to an exclusive set of tools and services,” added Fanicchi.

Through MyPowersoft, visitors to the website can now access product registration and warranty checks, powersharing and comparison tools, elearning materials and certifications, technical support and product repairs. Additionally, users who ship their units to any of Powersoft’s 30 authorised service centres around the world can check and monitor the status of the repair by logging into MyPowersoft.
