Bosch extends its interpretation product lineup in its IP-based conference system portfolio

Bosch has extended its interpretation product lineup of IP-based conferencing systems with the new Dicentis Flush language selector system designed for multi-lingual meetings where simultaneous interpretation is required. Developed to be user-friendly and intuitive, the language selector is for use by passive listeners, such as meeting delegates in government meetings and at international conventions and events.

The Flush language selector integrates with the rest of the Dicentis Conference System platform, which is based on Bosch's OMNEO media networking architecture. Once connected, it will automatically adopt the Dicentis system’s interpretation settings without the need for any further configuration or system restart. Up to 100 interpreter-provided languages are supported and streamed from the Dicentis Interpreter desk over an IP network.

With touch buttons and a black finish, Dicentis Flush comes with an invisible mounting system and shares an identical installation footprint to the DCN Flush range, meaning it to can easily replace the DCN-FCS Flush channel selector. The language selection functionality – with language ISO abbreviations or descriptions in native characters – is only visible when a headphone is connected and when interpretation languages are available. The screen automatically switches off after use.
