High End Systems launches online support site
High End Systems has launched an online support site, aimed at helping users 24 hours a day, wherever they are. Formally known as the High End Systems Knowledge Management Site (KMS), it can be found at support.etcconnect.com/hes.
When browsing the KMS, users will find more than 2,000 existing support articles, including information for quick fixes and longer, more detailed tutorials, within a searchable database. Search results can also be filtered by topic and visitors are also able to ask questions in real time.
In addition, users can rate and leave feedback on the articles, which alerts HES to what content is more relevant. All content is also available to download in PDF format for perusing offline.
