EM Acoustics’ ESP Series systems are designed for a variety of live applications, such as small FOH setups, speech reinforcement, front-fill and compact stage monitoring. The series launches with two multipurpose loudspeakers – the ESP-8 and ESP-12 – and a compact reflex subwoofer, the ESP-15S.
Both ESP loudspeakers take advantage of the same coaxial design and compact, lightweight, multi-angle enclosure and include Class-D amplification and DSP processing technology. The amp power supply found inside ESP-8 and ESP-12 is of universal voltage design, meaning that they will operate anywhere in the world, while four built-in presets allow for stand-alone use, flat response, use with a subwoofer and stage monitoring.
The ESP-15S lowers the frequency range of the ESP Series to 45Hz. The subwoofer also has four presets, each with a different low pass filter frequency to facilitate characteristic modification. It boasts integrated handles, a polemount fixing and optional castors.
